Go Arena ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Go Arena mobile application and web platform (the "App"). Go Arena is a product of Snakgcc Pty Ltd, an Australian company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, gender, and club name. You may also provide additional profile information.

Player Performance Data

We collect player performance statistics including match wins, losses, tournament results, and DUPR ratings to support performance tracking and player profiles.

Authentication Data

We use Firebase Authentication, Apple Sign-In, and Google Sign-In to manage your account. Your credentials are stored securely by the respective authentication provider.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the App, including tournaments you follow, match scores you view, and features you use.

Device Information

We may collect device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications to your device.

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication). All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside of Australia, including in the United States, as part of Google Firebase's global infrastructure. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications. You can opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings or within the App's notification settings. We store a device token to deliver notifications, which is removed when you log out or disable notifications.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.

You can delete your account at any time from within the App by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile data, notification history, device tokens, and authentication credentials. This action cannot be undone.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
